All orders will normally be packed and shipped within 3-4 business days from the time of purchase. We always try to get them sent out as quickly as we can though! If there are extreme delays, we will update you through emails to communicate the situation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email after the items are shipped out of our studio.

Domestic Shipments: Indonesia

We offer free domestic shipping to all corners of Indonesia! We use either Pos Indonesia/JNE/DHL services, and the time it takes for the package to arrive will depend on where you are in the country. It may take 2-9 days for the shipment to arrive after dispatch.

We do strongly recommend using Same Day or Instant courier services for customers in the Jakarta and Tangerang area and you can do so by choosing 'Self Pick Up' option at checkout. With this, you will be responsible to arrange and pay for the shipping through your own Instant Courier (Grab, Gojek, Lalamove, etc.) account. You'll be notified when the package is ready to be picked up.

International Shipping

Other than Indonesia, we currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hongkong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam.

We apply a flat rate that will be calculated at checkout. Shipments are made either with DHL or Pos Indonesia/EMS, but we may use other couriers for the best service. Please note that we may contact you by email if there are any outstanding charges on delivery, such as with bigger packages and 'remote area' fees. 

If your country is not listed, you can select 'Self Pick Up' and I'll contact you by email to send your shipping invoice.

Shipping to the USA!

After a long pause, we are now resuming shipments to the US! We use Express Service by DHL for friends in the US who are keen to make a purchase from the shop. It may take 3-5 days for your package to arrive after dispatch from the studio.

With the still developing tariffs situation, note that you may be charged duties when the package lands in the US, and DHL will contact you to make payments for any import duties due before the package is released and delivered to your address.

Since the situation is still developing, there may be changes to the system in the future but we'll always try to have the best experience for you (and hopefully most affordable too!)

Customs

You, as the buyer, are responsible for covering any taxes/duties that may arise during customs clearance once the package reaches its destination country.

We unfortunately have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost may be as they vary by country and may change at ant time without prior announcement. If you have questions about this, you're advised to contact your local customs office. In cases where the package is returned to Nareswari due to unpaid customs charges, any additional charges such as return shipment costs, custom charges, and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Return for Refund and Exchanges Policy

As a general policy, we only offer exchanges or refunds if we accidentally shipped the wrong order, given the item is returned back to us unused and with its original packaging or a safer alternative.

Due to the nature of our technique and its longer production timeline, it can be hard for us to secure another piece exactly as your original order. If we have another piece available we’ll be able to exchange it for you, but if there are none we will offer a full refund (excluding shipping).

Damaged Items

Breakage thankfully happens very few and far between, if any so far (thank god!). However, in the unlikely event that it happens, please send us an email to nareswaristudio@gmail.com with clear pictures or videos of the item and package and we’ll do the best we can to resolve the situation. Do keep the original packing materials!

That said, every order means a lot to us and we take great care in securing your package in order for there to be a minimal chance of item breaking in transit, with many layers of packing material we may use. Please inspect your package as soon as they arrive, as we do not accept complaint inquiries over 14 days after the arrival of the package.

We try our best to only use paper based items so if there are any plastic wrappings in your package, they are reused from shipments that come through the studio.

Package Not Arriving

If you haven’t received your package after the scheduled delivery date, please contact the courier assigned with the tracking number you’ve received and also get in touch with us so we can help you with the process.

If you provide incorrect delivery information and fail to correct it after the package has been shipped out, the lost parcel is your responsibility and we will not offer any form of refund or exchange if the package goes missing. Once you notice the error, please contact us immediately.

In any other circumstances, all sales are final and we do not offer returns for refunds or exchanges for parcels that arrived safely to you.
