Terms and Conditions
Shipping
All orders will normally be packed and shipped within 3-4 business days from the time of purchase. We always try to get them sent out as quickly as we can though! If there are extreme delays, we will update you through emails to communicate the situation.
We use either Pos Indonesia as our primary delivery service provider for both domestic and international shipments. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email after the items are shipped out of our studio.
Domestic Shipments
We strongly recommend using Same Day or Instant courier services for customers in the Jakarta and Tangerang area. If you choose to do so, you can choose 'Self Pick Up' at the Checkout so you won't be charged a shipping fee, but will be responsible to arrange and pay for the shipping through your GoJek/Grab/any other instant courier's account. You can also pick it up yourself if you'd like! You'll be notified when the package is ready to be picked up.
For domestic shipment, we would use their 'Regular' services, and the time it takes for the package to arrive will depend on where you are in Indonesia. It may take 2-9 days for the shipment to arrive.
International Shipping
Other than Indonesia, we currently ship to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore. South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA, Vietnam.
Again, shipments are made through Pos Indonesia, and we will be using either EMS International or Pos Ekspor (forwarded by DHL) services. We apply a flat rate that will be calculated at checkout.
Customs
You, as the buyer, are responsible for covering any taxes/duties that may arise during customs clearance once the package reaches its destination country.
We unfortunately have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost may be as they vary by country and may change without prior announcement. If you have questions about this, you are advised to contact your local customs office. In cases where the package is returned to Nareswari due to unpaid customs charges, any additional charges such as return shipment costs, custom charges, and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Return for Refund and Exchanges Policy
As a general policy, we only offer exchanges or refunds if we accidentally shipped the wrong order, given the item is returned back to us unused and with its original packaging or a safer alternative.
Due to the nature of our technique and its longer production timeline, it can be hard for us to secure another piece exactly as your original order. If we have another piece available we’ll be able to exchange it for you, but if there are none we will offer a full refund (excluding shipping).
Damaged Items
Breakage thankfully happens very few and far between, if any so far (thank god!). However, in the unlikely event that it happens, please send us an email to nareswaristudio@gmail.com with clear pictures or videos of the item and package and we’ll do the best we can to resolve the situation.
That said, every order means a lot to us and we take great care in securing your package in order for there to be a minimal chance of item breaking in transit, with many layers of packing material we may use. Please inspect your package as soon as they arrive, as we do not accept complaint inquiries over 14 days after the arrival of the package.
Package Not Arriving
If you haven’t received your package after the scheduled delivery date, please contact the courier assigned with the tracking number you’ve received and also get in touch with us so we can help you with the process.
If you provide incorrect delivery information and fail to correct it after the package has been shipped out, the lost parcel is your responsibility and we will not offer any form of refund or exchange if the package goes missing. Once you notice the error, please contact us immediately.
In any other circumstances, all sales are final and we do not offer returns for refunds or exchanges for parcels that arrived safely to you.
