All orders will normally be packed and shipped within 3-4 business days from the time of purchase. We always try to get them sent out as quickly as we can though! If there are extreme delays, we will update you through emails to communicate the situation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email after the items are shipped out of our studio.

Domestic Shipments: Indonesia

We offer free domestic shipping to all corners of Indonesia! We use Pos Indonesia's 'Regular' services, and the time it takes for the package to arrive will depend on where you are in the country. It may take 2-9 days for the shipment to arrive after dispatch.

On another note, we do strongly recommend using Same Day or Instant courier services for customers in the Jakarta and Tangerang area. If you choose to do so, you can choose 'Self Pick Up' at checkout and will be responsible to arrange and pay for the shipping through your GoJek/Grab/any other instant courier's account. You can also pick it up yourself if you'd like! You'll be notified when the package is ready to be picked up.

International Shipping

Other than Indonesia, we currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hongkong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam.

We apply a flat rate that will be calculated at checkout. Shipments are made either with DHL or FedEx (through TLX), but we may use other couriers for the best service. Please note that we may contact you by email if there are any outstanding charges on delivery, such as with bigger packages and 'remote area' fees. 

If your country is not listed, you can select 'Self Pick Up' and I'll contact you by email to send your shipping invoice.

Shipping to the USA!

After a long pause, we are now resuming shipments to the US! There are two delivery options to choose from for friends in the US who are keen to make a purchase from the shop. 

We now offer an all-in option at All-in Service by TLX and FedEx, where you will be paying only once for your whole order. Once your package reaches the US, there won't be any charges on VAT, duties, tariffs, etc., but it will be sent straight to your address by FedEx. It will take around 2 weeks of delivery time from dispatch, and you will only receive the FedEx tracking number once it reaches the US (you will get a TLX tracking number in the mean time). Although it takes a bit of time, this service is great to make sure the duty process goes smoothly!

If you want your piece ASAP, you can also choose Express Service by DHL and receive your package much quicker with better tracking, in only 3-5 days after dispatch from our studio. That said, with this option you may be charged duties when the package lands in the US, in which case DHL will contact you to make payments for any import duties due before the package is released.

Since the situation is still developing, there may be changes to the system in the future but I'm very happy to open shipping to the US again. Don't worry, I'm always working to have the most affordable option for everyone!

Customs

You, as the buyer, are responsible for covering any taxes/duties that may arise during customs clearance once the package reaches its destination country.

We unfortunately have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost may be as they vary by country and may change at ant time without prior announcement. If you have questions about this, you're advised to contact your local customs office. In cases where the package is returned to Nareswari due to unpaid customs charges, any additional charges such as return shipment costs, custom charges, and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
