Q: Where are you located?
A: We create our pieces and ship from our home studio in South Tangerang, Indonesia; just outside of Jakarta.

 

Q: How does the shop update work?
A: The website shop will list the studio's newest creations on a set date that is informed through Instagram! The studio doesn't really have a set schedule and it may take a few months for another cycle of updates to drop, but we try to be consistent and ready especially for holiday seasons such as Eid and Christmas. Subscribers also have access to preview our pieces 24 hours before the official shop drop, so be sure to join our mailing list for the latest update! (we won't spam you I promise, mails are only at shop drops).

 

Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: The website is open to both Indonesian and international friends. All payments on our website are done through PayPal, and although you don't need a PayPal account to use the website, you would need either a debit or credit card to make a purchase. On another note, you can view prices in different currencies using the converter app on our website (bottom left corner!), but all transactions are done in USD.

 

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We do ship to many other countries outside of Indonesia. Head over to our Shipping page to see more info on deliveries.

 

Q: I want a product but it's sold out! When will you restock?
A: There is no guarantee for a restock on any of Nareswari pieces. This is because I reuse and recycle all colored clay in the studio, and the studio ends up with a library of colored clay that is a mixture of many, many, many different colors that can't be replicated. Moreover, there are shapes also shapes and combinations that are organic to the way I make the pattern at that moment, so be sure to grab the pieces while you can, because you may not get the same one after it's gone!

 

 Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: I don't generally accept custom orders as I'm still the single maker in the studio. But if it is something that I can manage I'd be happy to chat about it!

 

Q: What is a self pick-up?
A: If you live within the Jakarta and Tangerang area, I recommend using the GoJek Same Day or Instant services. You can choose 'Self Pick Up' at the Checkout so you won't be charged a shipping fee, but will be responsible to arrange and pay for the shipping through your GoJek account. After you've made your payment you can sit tight for a bit, and after the order is packed you'll be notified when it's ready for pickup.

 

Q: What are your T&C for refunds?

 Q: Do you offer in-studio workshops?
A: We unfortunately do not offer private workshops at the studio at this time, as the studio space has become quite crowded and makes it rather hard for us to do in-studio workshops anymore. Sorry folks! That said, we are always open to work with collaborators and hosts, so if you'd like us to host a Nerikomi workshop for you at your event, or in your studio, don't be shy to reach out! 

 

Q: Can I visit your studio?
A: Although I love a good chat on all things pottery, the studio is quite literally me and my family's living space, so the studio is not available for walk-in visits.
